5. Cookies and Local Storage
Cookie consent
This website uses a cookie consent banner to obtain your consent to the use of cookies. Your selection is stored in your browser's local storage under the key "cookie-consent". This entry contains only your preference ("all" or "essential") and no personal data. You can delete this setting at any time by clearing the website data in your browser.
Technically necessary storage
The following data is stored in your browser's local storage and is required for the operation of the website:
- cookie-consent -- Stores your cookie preference (essential / all). Stored permanently until you manually delete it.
Storage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing your cookie preference so as not to have to ask again on every page visit.
Spam protection in the contact form
To protect against automated submissions (spam), our pitch form uses technical measures that run exclusively locally in your browser and do not transmit any data to external services:
- An invisible form field (honeypot) that is not filled in by real users
- A time check that ensures the form is not submitted by a machine within fractions of a second
- A JavaScript-based check that ensures the form was completed in a regular browser
These measures do not process any personal data and are executed exclusively on the client side. No data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing spam submissions).
6. External Services
Google Fonts
This site uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must establish a connection to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Fonts is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on its website.
Further information about Google Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy. Your next visit will be subject to the new privacy policy.
